But we don’t stop there. Each person receives one-on-one support from our case managers including resume building, interview prep, essential life skills like budgeting, and goal setting. Outreach Programs Outreach Programs We go where help is needed most ‌and connect people to housing, care, and personalized support. Emergency Funds Administration Emergency Funds Administration We help people in crisis get the help they need, fast, with our efficient financial assistance process. Homeless Prevention Homeless Prevention We step in with rent support, eviction prevention, or crisis counseling to keep people housed and out of shelters. Housing Navigation Housing Navigation We help clients at risk of or experiencing homelessness apply for housing and access services with landlords, housing agencies, and community partners. Temporary Lodging Temporary Lodging Our program offers fast placement in hotel rooms where people can isolate, rest, and heal comfortably without risking others. Strive Housing Solutions in San Diego We provide temporary hotel stays during housing approval, help navigate legal challenges through homeless court, and continue offering guidance even after permanent housing is secured. By partnering with community-based organizations, we connect people to job training, education, food, furniture, and clothing — ensuring they have the tools and support to build a stable, independent future.
